I've worn many hats in my days...

My story starts out on a good trajectory. When I was 10 my grandfather let me bang around on his top of the line IBM 5150. While I was mesmerized by the computing power of the 8086 processor with 16kb of ram, I was even more impressed at the potential this hunk of voodoo had to offer.

Fast forward to sixth grade where I was first introduced to Prodigy! My first online experience was basically a portal that let me play a trivia game with other people on the interwebz. Again, the source of potential all this had was mind boggling. I felt like I was staring into the Darkhold and all the universe's secrets were being revealed to me and my feable brain was melting. I knew that I had a place amongst this uber nerdy realm of ones and zeros, but I had to find it. High school played out as being president of the computer club like you would expect, being a nerd before being a nerd was cool. Learning Basic and eventually Visual Basic, thinking about how cool I was writing exe's that mimic'd the virus' you would see on movies and televion just to freak out teachers.
